A silly vibe and a fun race format await you, named after Monkey Butt Hill on the Cross Timbers Trail north of Dallas, TX. Runner and hiker friendly, with a cookie-only aid station too!

The Active Joe produces the race events below and has grown in a brand that has approximately 6,000 pairs of feet crossing finish lines every year.

There are 4 road race days (New Years Double is a two day event), and 3 trail races. There is both a trail series and a road series which rewards you for your loyalty of running multiple The Active Joe races.
